Upon registration in the SYNERGY MasterBot you will be contacted by your personal manager and will be granted an individual support chat, where you can ask any questions regarding the platform and get prompt responses and solutions.
CAN YOU SEE THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY DIRECTLY?
On the SYNERGY platform you communicate directly with the application owner (the one who posted it). We aim to ensure that all applications are posted directly on the platform.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK ON THE DEVELOPER?
It depends on several factors: speed of response from our partners to your request and on the particular case (e.g., a specific tech stack of a specialist or insufficient experience).
